Youth Development Program

2010 Summer Youth Center

Boys & Girls Ages U6 – U12

· Training – Monday and Wednesday nights at Okeeheelee Park.

· Training Time – 6:00-7:30 PM for ages U-6 - U-12

· Game Night – Friday Night 3v3 game play 6:00pm – 7:30pm

· Cost – Spring Youth Center - $100.00

· Trainers – Highly qualified NSCAA and USSF licensed coaches.

Why Youth Centers?

Children play soccer for many different reasons. Some play for the love of the game, some for the camaraderie, some for the competition, some because their parents think they should, and some because they just enjoy the good physical activity.

Philosophy -To develop the skills and techniques needed to play “The Beautiful Game of Soccer.” The focus of the Youth Center Program will be the expression of the player and his/her ability. We want to open the door of creativity for every player with a soccer ball. We also want the parents to understand the appropriate process of player development. We want to provide our developing players with all the tools necessary to succeed. This program lays the foundation for many years of fun and competitive play for years to come.

Team Formation - All players who register will be permitted to play in the Youth Center Program.

Purpose - The program will stress player development over wins and losses. The programs curriculum was designed specifically for youth players giving them a proper age specific learning environment.
